This was the perfect venue and amazing band!
They canceled my tickets 3 days prior to the event (sort of understandable). They provided no options for refunds and gave a vouncher instead. I am only able to use my vouchers a month out. Tickets are cheaper now and the difference has not been mentioned. SCAMY!? I attempted to use my replacement tickets because the money had been spent. I followed the GPS within the app to location. The app prompted me that I had arrived but we were not at the venue. We contacted support and no one helped.
Awful app and a waste of money. Vouchers aren't helpful at all, re-booked tickets with a voucher customer serivce was helpful there but they put a tenner on top of that. Then the event gets postponed for a fair reason but they only refund via vouchers that you probably won't use again just for them to put another tenner ontop of that you paid the first time again.

Why do I have to download an app to get my ticket. It should be a choice!
